Currently, these are two four-plex Villa buildings. UNITS 18-21. Unit 18 has been sold. Unit 19 is fully finished, available for immediate possession. This home is our current show home. Units 20 and 21 are drywall boarded, ready for finishing work. These two homes are about 3 months from completion.
The next four-plex, units 22-25, will be built following the sale of the current four-plex units 18-21.
