All Villa homes numbers 18 to 21 and also all Ranch homes
numbers 42 to 45 have been sold.
In spring / summer of 2023 we will start construction of the next
Villa fourplex, units 22 to 25.
Due to the recent fluctuating material costs, the pricing for units 22 to 25 will be finalized during the construction of these homes.
Units 22 to 25 are the last four homes that will be built in Riverside
Gardens Development. We are taking deposits on these homes now.
We think the first of these homes could be available for possession in approximately December of 2023.

These homes are selling now, come in early to select finishing materials and available options.
