The Ranch homes are similar to our Villa homes. The size of the Ranch home is the same as the Villa and the floor plan differs only slightly. The Villa layout has been very successful and popular and there is no need changing it. However, there are a few major differences between these two homes. Ranch style is basically an evolution of the Villa and it brings an answer to some requests our customers have been asking for. The biggest difference is that there are NO STAIRS at the front entrance and no stairs in the garage. There are couple of stairs inside, from the foyer to the kitchen area and fewer stairs down to the lower level than we have in the Villa. The second biggest difference is that Ranch homes, units 42 to 45, back to the park area, facing south–west. This orientation will bring more sun to the decks and more privacy and better view from it. We have changed the en-suite bathroom, there is a large walk-in shower and larger cabinet with double sink. Downstairs we have switched the bathroom and the den and fitted it with double French, glass doors. There are only total of FOUR RANCH HOMES proposed. These homes come standard with higher level of luxury finishing in comparison to the Villa homes.
Units 42 and 45 have been sold. Units 43 and 44 are drywall boarded, ready for finishing work. These homes will take about 3 months to finish.
